Betawi Layer Cake
It takes at least two hours to bake, as layer by layer was baked over a top grill. Very rich in texture and heavy, if you were to compare it to ordinary sponge cake.
The smell is heavenly. The taste, flawless and moisture. It is also luscious considering the time taken to bake it and the costly ingredients involved.
